He also literally told me to expect to work AT LEAST 10 hours a day. The company obviously has a very toxic culture and their product has no future. With the fast development of large language models, companies like interface, who specializes in a small financial domain of chatbot, and doesn’t even offer voice or analytics, will bite the dust very soon. Just take a look at their clients, all small credit unions who are not able to pay much. Interface will never make money. If you have read this far, I’d suggest you value your time and energy, run as fast as possible, as far as you could from them.

After completing all rounds, I was initially told I had cleared the interviews and would receive an offer shortly. However, I was later informed of a change in hiring strategy and pace due to financial concerns, indicating a disregard for candidates' time and poor leadership.
