Representatives from Pink ASML attended the recent Workplace Pride International Conference - a platform for LGBTI inclusion at work. Over 300 attendees from around the world came to network, share best practices and listen to speakers on the theme of sustainable inclusion.
We recently hosted our 6th annual Volunteer Fair at the Veldhoven Campus. Fourteen local organizations were invited to talk to our employees about the many volunteering opportunities that are available. Since our volunteer policy was started 3 years ago, ASML employees have clocked more than 15,000 hours in and around our communities and with the recent fair, we are certain many more hours will be added.

Our colleagues from the San Jose DevOps team volunteered at the Emmanuel House. About 90 residents and homeless people were served lunch. ASML Foundation enables this event through our volunteering program.
ASML Foundation has a partnership with Plan International and supports the project: STEM, Girls Can Do It! in rural China. The aim is to promote better education in these ‘STEM’ subjects, especially for girls, in rural schools in China, and to build confidence among girls and boys to pursue a future career of their own choice. Recently, a number of (female) ASML engineers hosted a visit by 10 girls to ASML's office in Xian, to further enthuse these girls for technology.
