We’re thrilled to share that GMR’s Talent Development (TD) team (Jane Uy-Ramos, SHRM-SCP, Christopher McCoy, Reuben Nuval) is a finalist in the 2025 Oncon Icon Awards! Despite being a lean team, they've significantly impacted our StoryMakers’ experiences through their initiatives and involvement in onboarding, training & upskilling, leadership development, team effectiveness, and career pathing. In 2024 alone, our TD team ran 86 learning sessions, introduced 15 new courses, and saw 1244 StoryMaker enrollments.
