- They have good engineering culture and engineers - EU folks in team are quite nice and work culture is usually good.

Minpunten

- Too much change in top leadership - Job security isn't great - Too much cult following about AI, sudden layoffs. - Should try to increase R&D headcount even if they wish to set a higher benchmark

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
