-Extreme lack of transparency across the appraisal rating & bonus payout process. No increments for FY26, and this was not communicated to employees. -Career progression is challenging. As your cost increases with each promotion, it becomes harder for upper management to "sell" your services & hence they would rather keep you at your level for as long as possible due to client cost constraints. -The organisation is top heavy with insufficient people on the ground doing the work & bringing in revenue. -No AWS. Bonus (capped, and <1 month) only applicable to Senior Consultants and above, and only a % of bonus is paid out (Apr).
