I have been with Capgemini for just over 4 years and have been actively promoted from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. I feel that Capgemini does a good job of promoting and rewarding those who work hard and deliver results.

The major cons to working for Capgemini continue to be work life balance. I find myself on the road nearly 100% of the time. It's also a difficult place to really un-plug and take a vacation. The last 2 vacations I have taken it was nearly impossible to disconnect , so it's easy to get burnt out.
