Pluspunten
Location and work life balance. They recognise that people like to be flexible with their hours. Communication channels are quite good and we tend to know what is coming up in terms of bids etc. Pay is about average but the FlexChoices scheme works well to enable workers to chose extra holiday and other benifits that suit them.
Minpunten
Poor technical promotion path. Most interesting work has been offshored. Management like to through more management at a problem rather than talk to those on the coal face and find out what is trully needed.
