Minpunten
Too many directors and senior directors are programmed to manage by email and spreadsheet and don't have basic people skills. Talent programs are run by previously-redundant telesales managers who had no talent development experience and treat people as numbers. Their graduate programme has recently become a telesales hire program, leading to grads losing jobs in the latest restructuring of the Asia Pac telesales function.
