Minpunten
Its a money game, how much can they not pay the sales reps. The place is an absolute mess and management are lost in trying to keep their jobs. Culture is a mess, its toxic and management are the problem. Management have been around too long and know all the tricks to cover their bums and make bonuses - whilst they screw everyone else.
