Management does not resolve systemic management issues. They also are slow to respond to market vertical trends. Finally, Oracle does not listen to customers, because they don't think they have to (eg., ATT). It is always the Oracle way or no way. Oracle perceives itself as too self-important to change even for major clients. Negotiations are very one-sized and leave customers looking for other options.
