Pluspunten

Salary is very competitive. Bonuses are usually very good. Management allows you to work independently and with authority to work make your own decisions for your projects.

Minpunten

Culture is very siloed. There is a lot of "that's not my job" attitude that makes it hard for teams to work together.

First off, I'd like to thank you for having been so loyal to our company - as you've been with us for over a decade, that's nothing to sneeze at. Besides this, we do appreciate your input, as someone that has been with us for as long as you have, you definitely develop a certain understanding of the company that reaches beyond your own daily tasks and position. Which could be valuable input for both us, as well as people reading these reviews. - Easy commute if you live north of Seattle/Bellevue - Decent cafeteria - Decent compensation

Minpunten

- The level of apathy amongst colleagues is off the charts. Many people are simply coasting and collecting a paycheck. When you try to be a team player and pick up the slack, you simply become a target for blame. - Due to the extremely lax "return to office" policy, the office often feels quite empty when there is plenty of work to be done. Being onsite M-F often leads to more work with little support. - There is a culture of public shaming, with several meetings every week dedicated to project leads targeting individuals to make up for their own lack of technical understanding.
