I went through the loop interview process. I met with recruiting coordinator and other candidates where we did short intros followed by two one on one 30-45 minute interviews with WHS managers.

There were three rounds of interview/assessments, all were online. The first assessment was answering questionnaires, the other two were phone/zoom/chime interviews. The last interview has two rounds, with different seniors in the field. Majority of questions were based on leadership principles.
