Since this is cloud support and you are dealing with customers, its a good idea to include the Customer Obsession, Ownership, Are Right A Lot, Bias For Action, and Earn Trust leadership principles in your responses.

They also asked coding questions in round 1&2 but they are very easy . One is prime number and another one is count of each character in a string.
