They contacted me thru LinkedIn for a phone screen. Toughest phone screen I have ever been thru. It took an hour and a half to trip me up, it was supposed to be a 45 minute phone screen. The physical interview was long, more than half a day. One of the interviewers will take you to either lunch or breakfast. The "bar raiser" questions can be intentionally hard.
