The interview process while detail oriented, was quite smooth and not strenuous whatsoever. First stage was a phone interview with HR, which seemed for like a screening than an interview. They then brought me in for a face to face with two senior managers who asked the standard interview questions, hypotheticals, situations, etc. They seemed more concerned about my personality and my "way of thinking" then my problem-solving or calculation abilities. All in all the interview process was very relaxed and actually fairly easy. Within about 5-7 days i was notified that they were extending me an offer and i accepted. Simple, easy and stress free.

How would you sell your self to a potential investor?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
