1. Pre-interview evenging reception Held at local upscale restaurant the night before first round interview. Buffet hors d'oeuvres to snack on, while meeting to talk with interns, HR manager. Standing, casual meet-and-greet environment. 2. First-round on-campus screening interview Held at campus interview room. Meeting with HR manager. Screener interview. Straightforward discussion of resume accomplishments, extracurricular activities and projects. Very quick, 30 minutes or so. 3. Second-round on-site interview Held one week after first round. Housed in nice hotel near office. Evening dinner night before interview with current consultants and senior consultants for information gathering. Interview day had several components. Interview with partner, manager, one structured off interview questionnaire targeting leadership experiences, other free form. Next, written case analysis of prompt. Finally, put into random groups of interviewees and given case prompt to create slide deck, and subsequently presented to partners.

It was a combination of behavioural and technical questions. Also had to do a presentation in about an hour and send it to the HR. Overall it was a very good experience
