Sollicitatiegesprek
The process was good.
1) IQ Test - Talked about general internet knowledge
2) 1:1 with a fresher (this is what i felt about the interviewer)
3) 1:1 with a manager level employee (asked a lot of analytical questions)
4) 1:1 with VP ( he was a grad from a top B school) (This interview went off very well. I thought this was the last round and got the job in my pocket.
Later they tell me to comeback after a few days for some more face-face interview.
5) 2:1 interview with employees who works in the OSO division. (This got a bit tricky. He started asking me technical questions which are not related to the position at hand) It went on for almost over an hour. I felt this was a bit out of scope of the questions they were asking.
Rest I really liked the way they take care of you.
I thought I did well but did not get an offer

Vraag 1
explain the difference between object oriented programming and regular programming to a 5 year old kid (This question for a risk analyst position)
4 Interviews. Classic structure, Role related questions, GCA, Googleyness, and one short chat with the director of the department.
The interviews were relatively easy for someone who has been working in Trust and Safety for a long time.

Tell me about a time you handled a large project? what data was used? what challenges did you overcome?
Starts with generic questions, and gets tougher and tougher. Two person interview panel which lasted about forty five minutes. I did one round, and was not asked back for another.
