I applied online in April and received their recruiter's email the next working day regarding the 2 online assessments will be sent via external providers and was asked if I had any questions. So I asked if the results would be available to me (for my own benefit) but no response from the recruiter for over a week. Then I received 3 separate online assessments (not 2) by surprise. And I did not complete one of the assessments that has more than 35 questions within the given time. Instantly I knew I failed this first round of screening process which was fair. I understand data management companies such as Intersystems rely on data-driven approach in their recruitment and I have done other online assessments with other companies I applied. However, compared to my previous assessment process experience, I felt Intersystems did not seem to respect candidates. And I wonder how their staff retention rate would be if they do hire the best of the best people through the rigid hiring process?

Primo colloquio avviene con una risorsa HR, a cui segue la richiesta di procedere alla esecuzione di tre test (logico, tecnico, psicoattitudinale), online da remoto. Se i test vengono superati, si prosegue con ulteriori colloqui con i manager, diversi a seconda della posizione a cui si è applicato
