I applied online in April and received their recruiter's email the next working day regarding the 2 online assessments will be sent via external providers and was asked if I had any questions. So I asked if the results would be available to me (for my own benefit) but no response from the recruiter for over a week. Then I received 3 separate online assessments (not 2) by surprise. And I did not complete one of the assessments that has more than 35 questions within the given time. Instantly I knew I failed this first round of screening process which was fair.
I understand data management companies such as Intersystems rely on data-driven approach in their recruitment and I have done other online assessments with other companies I applied. However, compared to my previous assessment process experience, I felt Intersystems did not seem to respect candidates. And I wonder how their staff retention rate would be if they do hire the best of the best people through the rigid hiring process?

After half an hour phone conversation, I was requested to take three test, PI, PET and TET. TET was quite similar to their in-house DB language, almost identical. PET was so confusing, full of maybe right, maybe wrong options. With my background, half the questions/answers didn't make sense at all. A couple days later I was told I did not pass. End of story.
