Pretty smooth, first stage was the hirevue interview with 5 different questions about your experience related to the role. The recruiter reached out to me 3 months later asking if I was still interested.

The whole process took about 1.5 months. I applied for the position online and was contacted by a recruiter a week later for a phone screening where she went into detail about the position and asked some basic interview questions. Afterwards, recruiter helped to set up a phone interview with hiring manager. A week went by and the recruiter contacted me again about having an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a few other members of the marketing team. The in-person interviews (45 mins each): hiring manager, another senior manager, 2 designers, and a senior product manager. I was told there would be no second round of interviews and final decision would be made by the end of the next week. A week went by and no response, emailed recruiter for update. Recruiter replied back quickly to say decision is delayed to early next week. Waited almost another week and recruiter initiated email saying that they picked a candidate with more professional experience.
