First point of contact with recruiter. Very complete introduction to the company and briefing about the process to come. Then assessment day which lasted about 2.5 hours. Interviews with 2 managers, then mock up call and finally another call with a Director. Very clear process and assessment seemed fair.

The culture is prominent from your first interaction with the company (in my case the recruiter). My recruiter was extremely encouraging and I felt prepared for my interviews.
