Company contacted me, after my resume was forwarded by a friend, to the hiring manager. A brief walk around the facilities was given by the recuiter, and an hour-long interview was conducted at the site by the hiring manager, team mate and recruiter. The interview had some technical and non-technical questions. I believe the interview was more to ensure I'd fit in the team, than a question of my abilty. An offer was forwarded to me within an hour.
