After joining in 2019 as a Restaurant Operations Manager in Sri Lanka, she became Head of Restaurant Operations for the country and is now a Senior Territory Operations Manager for Uber Eats in Manchester, England. "As an individual originally wired to listen to gut feel, the power of data has been an eye-opener.
