As Rashi Dewan’s passion for food (and analytics) grows, so does her career at Uber Eats. After joining in 2019 as a Restaurant Operations Manager in Sri Lanka, she became Head of Restaurant Operations for the country and is now a Senior Territory Operations Manager for Uber Eats in Manchester, England. "As an individual originally wired to listen to gut feel, the power of data has been an eye-opener. Seeing the impact of data-driven decision making and data-based insights tangibly helping restaurants grow has turned me from someone who used to be scared of numbers to one who's always ready to dig into them!"
