Lily P’s is an exciting new wood fired pizzeria that is making a big splash in the Capital Region by putting our culinary-driven spin on America's favorite food. We specialize in scratch-made pizza and classic American fare using fresh and high quality ingredients.

We’re looking for driven, respectful, and reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen. You don’t need years of experience — but you do need the right mindset.

At Lily P's our culture and approach to running a food business is much different than what is typical in the industry. This is not a “just show up and cook” job. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Execute prep work (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.) efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service and timely orders
• Assist with high-volume prep for events and busy service periods
• Learn and improve daily — we expect progress, not perfection

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
