Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, monitor turnover, and maintain optimal stock to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Receiving & Shipping: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, verifying it against purchase orders for damages and discrepancies.
• Organization: Store items in an orderly, accessible manner utilizing space efficiently, often applying First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or similar rotation methods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate manual and computerized records of all transactions, dispatched orders, and received goods.
• Auditing: Perform regular physical inventory counts and generate reports for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure the storehouse is clean, secure, and complies with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Replenishment: Coordinate with procurement, sales, or department heads to reorder supplies as needed.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
