- Very poor compensation and no raise year-over-year - MT which has lost touch with reality & development teams - Multiple layoffs under the name of "reorganization", "transformation", "role changes", etc. - Almost halved R&D headcount with current layoffs - People with massive domain knowledge have either left voluntarily or let go in the past one year. - Continous reorganizations for years - Constant "vision" drifts, shift in target. It was Full Suite a couple of years ago, then Commercial Banking last year, now AI.. - A "dream" of "AI can replace people", right now, right away.. - Massive changes / initiatives every quarter - Multiple moving targets at any given time - Terrible sales, unrealistic deadlines and customer commitments - Complex internal processes, months to release a product - Extremely heavy workload - Blame-culture recently - Poor quality of deliverables - Massively shifting to cheap labor with "hassle-free regulations", to fire people at the same day of announcement

Management have no connection to Engineering. Fired hundreds people that work for years to them with minimal possible compensation. Fake interviews. No respect to people. AI in the company doesn't work but they follow rule fake it till you make it, fooling their customers
