      Nice offices, decent managers, do their best to have a meaningful corporate culture

      Project management is bad, to structurally improve processes and infrastructure is a battle, maybe due to a lot of people just cruising and protecting themselves (or maybe this has changed now the bank is throwing a bunch of people out)

      alot of document to read, alot of meetings to attend, but time for actual doing things is not much. feel like can be more efficient.
