Pluspunten

It used to be a great company, where most of the people would feel like in a family. Even though things are changing, the company is still very flexible and has a very good life-work balance. The offices are great, with a fantastic location next to Amsterdam CS.

Minpunten

Salaries are low, below market in most of the cases (for Product Management they are good; for Engineering they are low). Also, there's no equity. The business is getting more and more limited, and that pressure is going through the whole organisation down to the individual contributors. Layoffs are happening and very nice and talented people are leaving. The work atmosphere is getting a bit too aggressive as a consequence of this pressure, losing the family feeling from past times. In my case, I suffered from bullying and the company did nothing (other than promoting the bully) even when I raised it to HR. I obviously decided to leave.
