- Onboarding is just a joke in this place. You are given a bunch of links and you have to make your way on your own. - Very stingy benefits package considering the name, size and revenue of the company. - Fragile, antique and weak technical problem solving techniques that’s entirely based on a continuous, periodic restructuring/re-organization with postponed tech-debts, resembling the well known “dutch denial” mindset . - People are stressed most of the time or in sick leave (as usual, burnout). - Blatant racism prevailing but with a very good coverage (A plus point) . - Recurrent layoffs used by the managerial level people as a "scarecrow" to control workers and make them obedient .

Salaries are low, below market in most of the cases (for Product Management they are good; for Engineering they are low). Also, there's no equity. The business is getting more and more limited, and that pressure is going through the whole organisation down to the individual contributors. Layoffs are happening and very nice and talented people are leaving. The work atmosphere is getting a bit too aggressive as a consequence of this pressure, losing the family feeling from past times. In my case, I suffered from bullying and the company did nothing (other than promoting the bully) even when I raised it to HR. I obviously decided to leave.
