You are given a bunch of links and you have to make your way on your own. - Very stingy benefits package considering the name, size and revenue of the company. - Fragile, antique and weak technical problem solving techniques that’s entirely based on a continuous, periodic restructuring/re-organization with postponed tech-debts, resembling the well known “dutch denial” mindset . - People are stressed most of the time or in sick leave (as usual, burnout). - Blatant racism prevailing but with a very good coverage (A plus point) . - Recurrent layoffs used by the managerial level people as a "scarecrow" to control workers and make them obedient .
