- ING Netherlands they really like their dutch employees, they get preferred treatment, invited to work on interesting and innovative projects, promoted. If you are not dutch (born in the Netherlands) you will be a 2nd sort. - a lot of old management that does not provide any benefit to anyone besides themselves - they treat Indian contractor employees as objects and are proud of it. Probably, Dutch colonial past plays a role - big chance that business people will treat you like a 2nd class person (if you are not Dutch) - no perspectives - no raise - most incompetent people (Dutch) gets promoted to the highest positions - they say that it's a tech company, its not true. They dont even ask programming questions on tech interviews - there are a lot of plainly incompetent long time employees with high titles that have very dated knowldege and dont know many things - competely incompetent managers (both people and project) is not a rare thing
