1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews. Know technology, cloud strategy, why sales, sales experience, know a lot about Oracle and the CEOs, research your recruiters, know a lot about LinkedIn and social selling. Have good social skills. Smile and keep eye contact. Stay calm
Great, allowed me to join over a few phone calls back in 2018 so it was a n awesome sales growth opportunity that I was happy to take. Super fun culture and also fairly messy if you actually want to close deals as a BDC.
