ChannelDock is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps e-commerce sellers and fulfillment centers manage their warehouse operations, inventory, orders, shipping labels, returns, and marketplace integrations from one platform.

We work with online sellers and fulfillment centers across Europe. As we continue expanding in Germany, we are looking for a data-driven and hands-on person to help us onboard new fulfillment centers and migrate their existing data into ChannelDock.

About the role

As a Data Analyst / Onboarding Specialist, you will play an important role in helping German fulfillment centers successfully start using ChannelDock.

The role is fully remote, but it may require occasional visits to fulfillment centers and warehouses in Germany. These visits are needed to better understand the customer’s warehouse setup, processes, data structure, and operational workflow.

A big part of this role is working with data migrations. New fulfillment centers often come from other systems, spreadsheets, or custom workflows. You will help collect, clean, structure, check, and import their data into ChannelDock. This includes product data, stock data, warehouse locations, customer data, order data, and other operational information.

You do not need to be a developer, but you should be very comfortable working with Excel, large datasets, systems, and structured information. You should enjoy solving data puzzles and making sure everything is correct before it goes live.

What you will do

You will help onboard new fulfillment centers in Germany into ChannelDock.

You will collect and review data from customers, such as Excel files, CSV files, exports from other systems, and warehouse data.

You will clean, structure, and prepare data for import into ChannelDock.

You will work with product data, stock data, warehouse locations, SKUs, EANs, customer information, and order-related data.

You will check data quality and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.

You will help customers understand what data is needed for a successful migration.

You will occasionally visit fulfillment centers and warehouses in Germany to understand their setup, processes, and data requirements.

You will work closely with our support, development, and onboarding teams to make sure migrations are completed correctly.

You will document migration steps, recurring issues, and best practices.

You will help improve our onboarding process for German fulfillment centers.

You will test imported data in ChannelDock and verify that everything works as expected.

What we are looking for

You are available full-time.

You are very comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.

You understand how to work with CSV files, filters, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and large datasets.

You are accurate, structured, and detail-oriented.

You enjoy working with systems, data, and operational processes.

You can spot inconsistencies in data and think logically about how to fix them.

You are comfortable communicating with customers and asking the right questions.

You are able to explain technical or data-related topics in a clear and simple way.

You are proactive and like to improve processes.

You can work independently in a remote role, but also collaborate well with a team.

You are willing to occasionally travel to fulfillment centers and warehouses in Germany.

Nice to have

Experience with warehouse management systems, fulfillment centers, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.

Experience with data migrations or system implementations.

Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, or import/export processes.

German language skills.

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, bol.com, Kaufland, JTL, Billbee, or other e-commerce systems.
