Therefore we are looking for someone who likes to help our teams work more efficiently and gain data insights by working on automation and analysis. You will be responsible for building dashboards, expanding on our CRM, using programming languages and low-code platforms to implement these for teams. Making a real impact on the company’s success.

The Role

As VR Expert’s internal tools developer you will be applying your creative, technical knowledge to help teams work effortlessly. You will work together with various stakeholders including developers, designers, marketing, finance and operations to work on technical solutions to everyday problems.

Some examples of these projects include:

• Build and maintain a database for VR Expert employees to manage and enrich our Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and various other products
• Analyze and experiment with the possibilities of AI in our everyday processes, such as text translations, stock forecasting, customer support/assistance etc,
• Work with shipment supplier platforms to automate shipping label creation for our orders and analyse the shipping cost calculations using an API connection

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain software solutions within the company
• Build connections with different platforms and databases
• Deep dive into new and exciting tools and tech stacks
• Research, advice and communicate with your colleagues on possible automations and improvements for internal processes

What we are looking for

• At least a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 3+ years experience in a related field
• Proficient in programming language C#, NodeJS and/or Python
• Experience in databases such as MySQL, Postgresql or Bigquery
• Experience with data connections such as JSON APIs
• A general excitement about automation and new technologies
• Fluent in English; Dutch optional
• Structured, proactive, and able to communicate across teams
